At Cuties Apparels, We ensure that only good quality product is sent to our customers. Prior to postage or delivery, our staff will conduct stringent checks on the products to ensure completeness and good quality. However, in event that any products are faulty, incorrect or damaged during transit to you, please contact our sales team.

Occasionally, Cuties Apparels will conduct clearance sale of the old stocks or stocks with slight defects at low discounted prices. In events of such a clearance sale, detail of the defects will be addressed in the product's description (together with photograph showing the defects). Under such circumstances, customers are made known to the defects and request for refunds based on the known defects will not be accepted.

In
most cases return of the damaged product is not necessary. DO not reimburse
the cost of shipping items back to us unless we have instructed you to do
this. We reserve the right to replace the product at our cost, or refund the cost of
the damaged or faulty goods.

If
you feel you wish to return the goods for any other reason for a refund
with return postage paid by you please contact our sales
team.
If you are instructed to return the product, you must return the unwanted
products to us unused, in their original packaging (undamaged)
and in sellable conditions at your own risk and at your cost
within thirty days from the date of receiving the product.
We will credit
your payment with the cost of the unwanted product upon receiving the return
product.
A full refund for the cost of the of the unwanted product is possible
only if the returned good is unused, in their
original packaging (undamaged) and in sellable conditions. Please note that Handling
fee incurred for payment via PayPal will not be refunded. |
