Application of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between you and us.

Interpretation
We", "us" and "our", means Cuties Juniors Online Store & Cuties Apparels.
"You", "your" and "importer" means the person ordering products under these terms and conditions.
"Working days" means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
"Product" means the product or products you have ordered from us.

Product Availability
We update the site each working day so as to only display products that have stock available. However at times a product may become unavailable between updates. In such cases you will be contacted and informed about this, giving you the opportunity to either wait for more stock, cancel the item/order or order another item.
We will make every effort to ship the goods once payment has been received within the following working day.
The delivery times given are approximate and delays can sometimes occur. You will receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched.
You will gain legal ownership of the products you have ordered when the products have been delivered to you.
Changes and updates/improvements to products may occur without notice.


Payment Currency
The base currency for all product is SGD (Singapore dollars) and all other currencies are calculated from this base value.
For payment via PayPal, payment will be in USD converted from the base value in SGD. Please note that an handling fee of SGD$1 will be charged for payment via Paypal.
Cuties Juniors Online Shop & Cuties Apparels updates currency rates conversion (to USD) on a monthly basis (at the last day of each month) to reflect average currency adjustment across entire month. Currencies are updated on a monthly basis using the average obtained from the daily values in XE.com with adjustment based on the discretion of Cuties Juniors Online Store & Cuties Apparels. Accordingly, we do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, reliability or completeness of any of the currencies contained on, downloaded or accessed from this website.
Payment made to Cuties Juniors & Cuties Apparels via bank cheque or money order should be in USD if you are outside of Singapore. If within Singapore then payment should be made in SGD.

Shipping and Taxes
International Air provides delivery in approximately 9 days around the world. Except for Canada and South Africa which can take 4-6 weeks (I suggest using courier for Canadian orders)
Target delivery days are for major cities and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Courier delivery is also available to some destinations, and takes 3-4 working days. Target delivery days are for major cities and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Delivery to other areas or where your item is dutiable or is held in customs may take a little longer.

You will gain legal ownership of the products you have ordered when the products have been delivered to you.
All our products are tax and duty free. However you may have to pay tax, duty and/or clearance fee within your own country.
As a general rule goods shipped by Courier or Air Mail with Tracking are more likely to incurr tax, vat etc.
The importer is ultimately responsible for paying any tax, duty and/or clearance fee owed on an import.
How much if any? We can not tell you if you will pay tax, duty and/or clearance feeas this is not up to us but the destination country customs department.

Once the order has been placed
An automatic email is sent to you with the order details with any payment instructions if required.
We reserve the right to not supply goods for any reason and return payment.
We will make every effort to ship the goods once payment has been received within the following working day.
On some occasions, we are required by the card issuer to perform additional security checks on the payment card, which can delay the order until the card has been authorised.
Once payment confirmed and goods shipped you will receive another email from us including any tracking details if applicable.


Your cancellation rights
To cancel an order email our sales team with your order number.
If the order has not yet been shipped and is cancelled and payment has already been made, we will refund you the purchase price. Handling fees for payment via PayPal will not be refunded.
If the order has been shipped then you must return the unwanted products to us unused, in their original packaging and in sellable conditions at your own risk and at your cost within thirty days of delivery. We will credit your payment with the cost of the unwanted product upon recieving the return product.


Charging and international exchange rates
Exchange rates to USD are updated on a monthly basis. Where orders are charged to a credit card (via PayPal) supplied direct to us we will convert the order value to USD from the equivalent value in Singapore currency.
Western Union money orders are available in most countries and are accepted by us.

If the parcel goes missing
All items shipped by us to oversea address will be registered. However to help receive your parcels please have your street number clearly marked outside your address for the postman/courier driver.
If your item has not arrived in the stated time please contact our support team so we may investigate the order status.
If you have had delivery problems in your area, it is adviseable to mail us and make delivery arrangement before committing an order.

Return of Faulty, Incorrect or Sub-standard Products
If any products are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit to you, you must first contact our sales team
In most cases return of the damaged product is not necessary. DO not reimberse the cost of shipping items back to us unless we have instructed you to do this.
We reserve the right to replace at our cost, or refund the cost of the damaged or faulty goods.
If you feel you wish to return the goods for any other reason for a refund with return postage paid by you please contact our sales team.

Complaints
We aim to provide outstanding customer service. If you have any complaint about the service you have received from us, please contact our sales team.
Please note that some of our processes are manual and errors can arise. We carry out frequent checks to detect any errors. If they do occur, we will act immediately to minimise inconvenience and disappointment that may be caused.

This website and shop is governed by, and is to be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Singapore.
